In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt, without needing to justify your decision.

What should you include in the request?

- Order number
- The product(s) for which you request withdrawal
- Date of order receipt
- Reason for withdrawal (optional)
What happens after you submit the request?
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
- Our team will review the request and contact you with instructions for returning the product.
- Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method.
Important conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or sealed products for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken).
