In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt, without needing to justify your decision.

- The product(s) for which you are requesting withdrawal
- Date of order receipt
- Reason for withdrawal (optional)
What happens after you send your request?

- Our team will review the request and contact you with instructions for returning the product.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method.
Important conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or sealed products for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken).
